While a focus on Aviation Law is a bit broader than yesterday's look at Virtual Law, the underlying reality is the same. The blawgosphere is broad and getting broader by the week.
Recently, I read through some postings at the Aviation Law Discussions page of Minnesota law firm Reigel & Associates. The postings covered a variety of Aviation Law topics, including commentary on recent National Transportation Safety Board decisions (Delay In Mailing Appeal Brief Is Not Cured By Earlier Certificate Of Service) and recent Federal Aviation Administration actions (Know Before You Go) as well as practical tips (The Value Of An Aircraft Purchase Agreement).
Aviation Law Discussions has a particular target audience and just focuses on reaching it. Readership may never be huge, but sheer numbers don't matter if Reigel & Associates connects with a smaller audience of interested persons (who could become potential clients). Meanwhile, the site provides a free Aviation Law resource to the community at large, with staying abreast of developments in this space a simple matter of subscribing to the site's feed.
Good stuff.
