More than a bit off topic, but this doesn't happen very often...
The City of Detroit has retained an auction house to sell off just about everything left in Tiger Stadium. The Tigers now play at Comerica Park, and the City has been struggling to make a decision about just what to do with Tiger Stadium. Plans now involved demolishing some, if not all, of the stadium.
From the seats to the signage to the clubhouse urinals, if they could rip it off the wall, they are selling it. And, when they started cleaning out the backrooms, they found some pretty interesting old stuff.
