Monday morning, 6am EST and there are already 72 new posts in the blawgosphere. Nobody can say the blawgosphere doesn't get up early (or maybe people are just savvy enough to schedule their posts in advance).
In any case, perhaps spurred by the current headlines involving the fired U.S. Attorney Generals, the blawgosphere has recently begun reexamining the Patriot Act. Specifically, its successes and failures, as applied. Of particular interest is that while the U.S. Attorney situation is the current hot topic, it is by no means the only situation being discussed.
