Wall Street Journal Law Blog Picking Up Steam?

Quick note for a Monday morning...

Anyone else noticing how often The Wall Street Journal Law Blog is referenced/cited in the media?  Especially, in online media properties (the print edition of the Journal also frequently references posts from the WSJ aw Blog).

Google News alone has two pages of references:  Search for WSJ Law Blog

And, the references seem like they are paying some dividends in the form of advertisements.  In particular, I also noticing more law firm advertisements on the WSJ Law Blog

All of this leaves me wondering whether the WSJ Law Blog's growing position as an information hub for the legal vertical is also translating into a new source of reasonably significant advertising dollars for the Journal itself.    If so, I expect we will see a lot more weblogs like it.

I just read that you can get free access to the Wall Street Journal with a thing called a netpass from: http://news.congoo.com

Andrew Tobias blogged this and I thought it was a good tip.
