For anyone keeping up with Hamdan v. Rumsfeld, Professor Neal Katyal at the Georgetown Law Faculty Blog, reveals that he has had "quite a hectic few months since the Hamdan decision...giving well over 100 talks to law schools, policymakers, think tanks, international bodies, etc., teaching a very fun group of constitutional law students, and trying to write."
In his recent post, Post-Hamdan Developments in Scholarship and the Courts, Professor Katyal provides an update on the case as well as links to additional resources, including a case comment he wrote for the Harvard Law Review, the draft of an article for the Yale Law Journal and materials from a Yale Law Journal symposium on executive power.
Finally, Professor Katyal notes that the case itself continues, and includes a update regarding a just-filed remand brief.
