Couldn"t help but notice that Ian Best"s ongoing research and tracking of Judges citing blawgs was picked up and covered in an
article in the
National Law Journal.
One highlight of the article was that
The granddaddy of all cited blogs, Ohio State law Professor Douglas Berman"s "Sentencing Law and Policy," focuses almost exclusively on development of case law in the circuits since the Booker and Blakely decisions. His blog has been cited more than any other, 24 times in 19 opinions, including [Justice John Paul] Stevens" dissent in Booker, according to Best"s tally.
I couldn"t help but notice, however, that the article failed to provide links back to the sources mentioned, including Best"s 3L Epiphany and Professor Berman"s Sentencing Law & Policy. Too bad, as, like most online readers today, I found myself wanting to click-through the article to both blawgs to find out more.
