Nice to see the United States Government continue to expand its
RSS Feed Library.
Organized under general topics such as "Health" and "Military," there appears to be a growing number of federal agencies offering news, press releases and content to which you can now subscribe via a feed reader.
As an example, Looking under the category "Health," there are quite a few diverse feeds:
- Medicare.gov Site Updates
- National Guideline Clearinghouse Weekly Updates (Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality)
- National QualityMeasures Clearinghouse Weekly Updates (Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality)
- Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Headlines
- Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services RSS Newsfeed
- Medicare.gov Spotlights
- National Network of Libraries of Medicine News
- News Items for the National Network of Libraries of Medicine Midcontinental Region
- News Items for the National Network of Libraries of Medicine South Central Region
- Press Releases from the Food and Drug Administration
- Press Releases from the National Institues of Health
- QualityTools for Health Care Quality
- Recalls from the Food and Drug Administration
- West Nile Virus and Horses
I would expect to see more content delivered via RSS, and ultimately attorneys and other professionals may find the "RSS Library" a good source to find topical feeds of interest to their work.
