Natasha Kohne has written an interesting article entitled, "
When Blogs Are Fictitious Filings," posted at
Law.com Ms. Kohn writes, "We spend a lot of time in th[e] electronic community, but do we ever stop to think whether this community is real or fictitious? One Harvard Law blogger had everyone fooled. Twenty-five-year-old Jeremy Blachman anonymously detailed on the Web an imaginary life as a spiritless, depressed partner in a large law firm." Of course, Mr. Blachman also fooled a lot of people within the blawgosphere.
It's a good read. You can find it here.
