In catching up with my legal tech periodicals this week, I ran across a great "getting started" article,
Build Your Own Blog, by J. Craig Williams in
Law Technology News. Mr. Williams, an attorney who himself blawgs on a regular basis at
May It Please the Court, offers six keys to getting started in the article, all of which offer great tips and assistance for anyone contemplating a blawg of their own.
After you finish his introductory article, you may also wish to explore some other pieces that Mr. Williams has written to assist blawgers: Just Start Writing, and for those wishing more advanced information, his series on Really Simple Syndication (RSS), Let's Talk RSS Feeds, Beyond RSS Feeds: Voice And Original Content, and Beyond RSS Feeds, Voice and Original Content, Podcasting Your Voice.
Often getting started is the hardest part of any new endeavor. For those inclined to start blawging, the articles above might just help get you underway.
