Every emerging technology needs champions; an emerging technology attempting to break into the legal vertical needs a lot of champions. There is never a shortage of skeptics and naysayers, and those views hold value. But, finding champions who believe in the technology and are willing to spend the time and money to continually tout and demonstrate its potential can be a dicey business. Especially, when the emerging technology they tout is not putting actual dollars into their pockets. Fortunately for blawgs, the blawgosphere includes just this type of champion.
With this in mind, I have added a couple of new "Thought Leader" feeds on the blawg homepage. In the coming months, these feeds will be showcase some of the attorneys, legal professionals, law marketers and entrepreneurs who have been committed champions to the growth of blawgs within the legal vertical. You will see that many of them post on a variety of topics, but they are usually never far from a central theme of championing the utilization of technology (including blawgs) within the legal vertical. I subscribe to many of these individuals blawg feeds myself, and have found the ideas, information and knowledge that they pass along to be extremely useful.
So, stop in and take a look. At the very least, you may just find that these thought leaders provide a great diving board into the knowledge and information pool we call the blawgosphere.
