Well, some three dozen weblog authors have received credentials to cover this week's Democratic National Convention. For those so inclined, they may offering an interesting insider's view of the goings-on in Boston. Or it may not.
As many are calling this addition of bloggers to the DNC credentialed list an "experiment," there will no doubt be a lot of commentary and criticism as to the weblog ouput from the DNC in the coming weeks. And, why do I have the feeling that a blogger may "break" some newsworthy item (assuming, of course, that either the DNC or the RNC will actually offer any newsworthy items) from the Conference before the networks?
In any case, for those who may want to check in on occasion, Feedster is offering an aggregation of the DNC blogs here (note: the Blawg home page will also be displaying this aggregated feed this week -- I will do the same for the RNC next month). For those not so inclined, I am sure we will see the same from the Republican National Convention next month, so stay tuned...
