A couple of random, but interesing statistics regarding weblogs from last week:
One, eWeek noted that Microsoft suggested its new blog site, Channel 9, is drawing 700,000 unique visitors a week (read article).
Two, a number of publications offered versions of the following statement: "Research published last week showed a new blog is created somewhere in the world every 5.8 seconds, or measured another way, three blogs are updated every second." (source article).
