In a great example of how quickly the weblog medium can move to cover breaking topics in the legal world with depth and substance, Jason Hernandez, a 3rd year law student at Columbia Law School, offers up the
Blakely Blog. Blakely Blog is "dedicated to collecting opinions, articles and scholarly thoughts regarding the United States Supreme Court's recent decision in Blakely v. Washington."
Beyond his commentary, Mr. Hernandez also offers myriad links to Blakely-related resources, instantly creating a very useful resource for anyone interested in the Blakely case. Alas, Blakely Blog does not offer a headlines feed, but other than this omission, the blawg covers all of the bases. Check it out.
