Prism Legal Consulting offers an interesting blawg covering a variety of law tech topics including strategic legal technology. A recent post, with a nod to Robert Ambrogi's
Lawsites, covers another effort to outsource legal support and services work to India. The post links to an article on the subject, which I found interesting as it pointed to one law firm's strategy of passing these lower support costs on to potential corporate clients in the form of significantly lower hourly rates.
