Wendy Leibowitz has written an interesting article in the July/August edition of
Law Practice Management entitled, "
Turning the Courts into Public Servants."
While discussing the issue of the court system's leadership (or lack thereof) in utilizing technology to enhance its role as a public servant, Ms. Leibowitz notes the potential power of the blogosphere, and particularly, the blawgosphere, in creating and moving forward a dialogue on this subject.
