According to its website at YJOLT.org: "The Yale Journal of Law & Technology (YJoLT) is the first law review in the world to offer its readership a cutting-edge dynamic environment in which to acquire and produce knowledge about the interface between law and technology."
The idea is an interesting one. Instead of just publishing scholarly articles into a static source, whether paper or digital, dynamically open up the review's articles to the global community for discussion and comments. From the limited commentary currently posted on YJoLT's site, it appears that this effort is just getting off of the ground.
One unsolicited recommendation--create an article headlines' feed for the Review that can be shared and displayed by the growing number of blawg aggregators out there. Might help increase the audience of interested participants...
Note: Thanks to Amy Campell's Weblog for pointing the Yale site out.
