Goldstein & Howe has recently added an open discussion forum covering cases currently before the U.S. Supreme Court. Included is a brief overview and open topic of the Grutter v. Bollinger UofM Law School Admissions case.
Given that the Bush Administration weighed in on the case yesterday, this is currently one of the 'hot' topics being covered nationwide.
The
newspaper articles out there all seem to be writing the same "birds-eye view"story and I wonder where some of the in-depth analysis from legal commentators or professionals may lie. I know it is out there somewhere, but how would the average web user find it? If anyone is aware of such sources, please
share them and I will post here.
